THE TRAJECTORY
A brand with thousands of reviews and almost no Amazon sales
Dermaclara makes reusable silicone patches for the face, neck and chest, belly and scars. The patches hold moisture against the skin to support its natural repair, and can be reused many times. The brand has thousands of customer reviews and sells worldwide through its own website. When new owners acquired it the Amazon channel had gone quiet, and ScaleA2Z took over in January 2026.
A near-dormant account
During the ownership change Amazon sales fell to a few hundred dollars a month. November 2025 brought in $32.
Lost visibility
Months of low sales had pushed the listings down in search. December 2025 drew 916 sessions, so rank and traffic had to be rebuilt almost from scratch.
A tight ad budget
The new owners were not ready to scale, so advertising had to work inside a small, controlled monthly budget while the catalog was cleaned up after the handover.
